Ingredients:
3 lbs various chicken pieces
cup soy sauce (preferably sodium reduced)
cup barbecue sauce
cup balsamic vinegar
cup honey
1 tbsp chili powder (or more)
cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix the soy sauce, barbecue sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, chili powder and ginger in a bowl until smooth. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Then pour on the sauce, making sure that both sides of the chicken pieces are coated. Bake in the oven for about one hour or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.

Serve with green vegetables and crusty bread for a health and quick family dinner.
