* 1 cup fresh\u00a0Pine<\/a>\u00a0needles
\n* 1 cup distilled water
\n* 1\/4 cup\u00a0Witch Hazel<\/a><\/p>\n

Place the\u00a0Pine<\/a>\u00a0needles in a small pan on the stove and cover with the water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat.<\/p>\n

Allow the\u00a0Pine<\/a>\u00a0water to cool completely. Strain off the pine needles and discard. Add the\u00a0Witch Hazel<\/a>\u00a0and stir well. Pour the toner into a clean bottle.<\/p>\n

Apply to your skin with a clean cotton ball. Do not rinse. Store in a cool, dark place.<\/p>\n

Makes about 8 oz.<\/p>\n
