Bunch edges of fabric together. Secure with rubber band or string to form a scrubber. Place in a pot of boiling water. Remove from stove. Steep 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove scrubber and save the water as it contains herbal juices. Place scrubber in a glass dish until it cools to room temperature. Sweep over entire body, one area at a time, with long strokes, continually moistening scrubber in the herbal water.<\/p>\n<p>First stroke in an up-and-down direction, then in a circular motion.
