And this innate capacity of the body to store excess fat for later use has turned into a health risk.<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"entry\">\n<p>Obesity can occur due to many factors other than overeating. These include genetic predisposition, medical conditions, drugs, a poor lifestyle or psychological disorders. Overeating, however, remains the prime factor behind obesity.<\/p>\n<p>Weight loss solutions can help to a large extent. These solutions can range from herbal weight lossprograms to medication or exercise regimes. A herbal weight loss program will suggest the use of\u00a0<a href=\"\/remedies-treatments\/herbs-oils.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Herbs<\/a>\u00a0and herbal\u00a0<a href=\"\/remedies-treatments\/herbs-oils.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teas<\/a>\u00a0for reduction in weight. But neither of these options can effectively control the craving that you may have for food. These solutions do not have any options for managing hunger pangs that you may experience during the programs. Some people are quite incapable of handling hunger pangs and can give into craving very easily.
