I use it at the beginning of my day to protect myself and set my intentions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balancing Your Chakras in a Color Bath<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Begin by sitting comfortably. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale out through your mouth. Do this three times. Now begin by picturing the white light of God and of Universal love swirling around you in a counter-clockwise motion, starting at your feet, and moving up towards your head.
