* 2 cups distilled water
\n* 3 tablespoons vodka
\n* 5 drops\u00a0lavender<\/a>\u00a0essential\/fragrance oil
\n* 10 drops\u00a0chamomile<\/a>\u00a0essential\/fragrance oil
\n* 10 drops\u00a0valerian<\/a>\u00a0essential oil<\/p>\n
