Cold Tea<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 tsp\u00a0wintergreen<\/a>
\n1 tsp. lemon\u00a0verbena<\/a><\/p>\n

Sleep Tea<\/strong><\/p>\n

* 4 clusters (or 2 tbsp) of\u00a0hops<\/a>
\n* 1 tsp. each of\u00a0lavender<\/a>,\u00a0rosemary<\/a>,\u00a0thyme<\/a>,\u00a0mugwort<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0sage<\/a>
\n* 1 tbsp.\u00a0chamomile<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0wintergreen<\/a>
\n* 1 pinch of\u00a0valerian<\/a>\u00a0root (be careful NOT to smell it!)
\nhoney to taste<\/p>\n

Take a tsp of the mixture and pour into 1 cup hot water. Wait for 3 minutes, then strain. Drink it after it cools a little. This mixture should make 8 or 9 cups. Store the unused tea in a tight-sealed container for later use.<\/p>\n
